Our butter is the resultant of the traditional zmaślanie of the cream derived from our high-quality milk. A finished product contains a twenty-time concentration of all the milk constituents, including vitamin A, D, E, K. Therefore, butter should not be replaced with anything in an everyday diet, especially children's and teenagers' diet. We need to dispel the myth about the harmful effect of butter on the cholesterol level in the blood, which is untrue. The butter main ingredient is milk fat and it constitutes 82% of the whole butter. The finished product is formed in cubes of 0,4 lbs (200g) and wrapped in laminate (aluminium on one side and greaseproof on the other). It has a uniform texture, creamy colour and milky taste with a nutty flavour.
